Dr. Anurag Kumar Agarwal

The founding partner of the firm, Dr. Anurag Kumar Agarwal has completed his B.Sc.(Zoology) from Zakir Hussain College, Delhi University, LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and LL.M. and Ph.D. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. Dr. Agarwal has been practising as an advocate and solicitor before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi since 1991 and has appeared before High Courts at Bombay, Calcutta, Chandigarh Gujarat etc. With full expertise in matters pertaining to company law, service law, stocks and securities, etc; he has appeared before the NCLT, NCLAT, NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX & SEBI,Company Law Board, Central Administrative Tribunal, DRT & DRAT, ITAT, SAT amongst various other forums. Dr. Agarwal has successfully appeared in a number of matters on civil as well as criminal side at all levels of jurisdiction.

Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal

Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal has been practising as an advocate for over two decades after completing her law from the Agra University in the year 1990. With full expertise in drafting and conveyancing she has a rich experience of drafting commercial and non-commercial documents. All matters pertaining to matrimonial disputes or testamentary and non-testamentary succession, guardianship, custody and maintenance are taken care of by her at all levels of jurisdiction.

Mr. Umesh Mishra

One of the most experienced advocates in the firm Umesh Mishra has been practising law since over two decades after completing his law from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has been appearing before the Supreme Court and the High Court of Delhi since then. His fields of expertise include criminal law, company law, arbitration matters, matters pertaining to sale, purchase, lease or licence of immoveable properties amongst various others. Umesh Mishra has been appearing before various High Courts in India and also before various tribunals including Company Law Board, Central Administrative Tribunal, DRT and BIFR.

Mr. Himanshu Gupta

Himanshu Gupta did his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce ( Honours course) in 2011 from Delhi University. Obtained the Bachelor of Laws degree in 2014 from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. During his LL.B he has interned with the reputed law firms. Before joining us he has worked as an associate with a renowned advocate of Delhi High Court . He has been appearing before various district courts and Delhi High Court. He joined us as an associate in 2015

Mr. Prateek Agarwal

Prateek Agarwal, having attained his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) & LL.M. in General Legal Studies from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, has maintained a steadfast focus on litigation. He possesses extensive experience participating in proceedings across a range of Indian courts, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and Forums. He is currently pursuing SJD (Doctor of Juridical Science) in International Laws from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA.

Mr. Ram Gupta

Mr. Ram Gupta did his B.Com (Hons.) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in the year 2003. He did his LL.B. from Maharani Laxmi Bai (MLB), College of Excellence, Jiwaji University, Gwalior in the year 2006. He has been practicing as an advocate from the date of his enrolment. He is competent enough to deal with all kinds of cases.

Mr. Mayank Goel

Mayank Goel did his BBA. LLB (H) from Amity Law School. He has been actively working in the dynamic field of Law pertaining to Civil, Criminal, Consumer and Matrimonial matters. His strength lie in extensive and comprehensive prowess and research skills.

Ms. Anubhooti Shrivastava

Ms. Anubhooti Shrivastava, did her LLM from Oriental University, Indore (M.P.) and B.B.A. LLB. from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalyay, Indore. Her passion for litigation made her successful appearances in various Civil, Criminal and Dispute resolution matters.

Akshit Awasthi

Akshit Awasthi has completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Rayat Bahra University, Mohali, Punjab in 2021. He has completed his Masters in Law (LLM) in Corporate Law from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla in 2022. He has keen interest towards Securities Market Laws and has published article on Securities Market Manipulation in a renowned journal. He has been fascinated by Litigation from the very beginning and have attended District Courts and High Court.

Ms. Tarangini Goel

Tarangini Goel did her graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University in 2018 and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bharati Vidyapeeth University in 2022. She has specialised in Corporate Laws during her LLB. During her academic years of law she interned under various PSU’s , Corporate Houses , Law Firms and DLSA.

Mr. Nitin Kadyan

Nitin Kadyan did his graduation in Bachelor of Commerce in 2017 from Satyawati College, Delhi University. Obtained the Bachelor of Laws degree in 2020 from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of law, University of Delhi, He has completed his Masters in Law (LLM) in Criminology from BMU, Rohtak, Haryana in 2021, Diploma (LLM) in Cyber Security and Data Protection Law, NALSAR, Hyderabad, 2022. He is Pursuing Ph.D from M.D University , main campus, Rohtak, Haryana. During his LL.B he has interned with the reputed law firms and attended various proceedings at Delhi High Court and trial court. Before joining us he has worked as an associate with a renowned advocate of Delhi High Court.

Ms. Suhansi Yadav

Suhansi Yadav is a convent school pass out who further pursued her professional qualification in Legal Studies. She did her graduation in B.A.LLB from IP University, Delhi. She has more than four years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Real Estate Laws, Civil, Matrimonial Matters and has imperative knowledge of Contractual Agreements. She has keen interest towards Company Law, Arbitration, White Collar Crimes etc. Her strengths lead towards leadership qualities, communication skills, contract drafting, proficient in client assistance and satisfaction. During her Law School she has interned with reputed law firms and lawyers. Presently working as an efficient lawyer with A.S.V Associates.
