Dr. Anurag Kumar Agarwal

The founding partner of the firm, Dr. Anurag Kumar Agarwal has completed his B.Sc.(Zoology) from Zakir Hussain College, Delhi University, LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and LL.M. and Ph.D. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. Dr. Agarwal has been practising as an advocate and solicitor before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi since 1991 and has appeared before High Courts at Bombay, Calcutta, Chandigarh Gujarat etc. With full expertise in matters pertaining to company law, service law, stocks and securities, etc; he has appeared before the NCLT, NCLAT, NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX & SEBI,Company Law Board, Central Administrative Tribunal, DRT & DRAT, ITAT, SAT amongst various other forums. Dr. Agarwal has successfully appeared in a number of matters on civil as well as criminal side at all levels of jurisdiction.

Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal

Mrs. Sangeeta Agarwal has been practising as an advocate for over two decades after completing her law from the Agra University in the year 1990. With full expertise in drafting and conveyancing she has a rich experience of drafting commercial and non-commercial documents. All matters pertaining to matrimonial disputes or testamentary and non-testamentary succession, guardianship, custody and maintenance are taken care of by her at all levels of jurisdiction.

Mr. Umesh Mishra

One of the most experienced advocates in the firm Umesh Mishra has been practising law since over two decades after completing his law from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has been appearing before the Supreme Court and the High Court of Delhi since then.
